MEET THE CAST
Lindsay Looloian
(ELLE WOODS) – Lindsay is thrilled to be on the Barn stage for the first time! Other shows Lindsay has been in include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator), Shrek (Pinocchio), The Addams Family (Morticia), Mamma Mia! (Sophie), Into the Woods (Bakers Wife), The Little Mermaid (Ariel), and Once Upon a Mattress (Lady Larken). Lindsay would like to thank her husband, Sean, and her family for always being so incredibly supportive.
Brian Beloff
(WARNER HUNTINGTON III) - Brian is returning to the stage after a 4-year hiatus, in his first production with the Barn! Previous roles of his include Seymour Krelborn (Little Shop of Horrors), General Genghis Khan Schmitz/ Wickersham (Seussical), Lumiere (Beauty and the Beast), Lord Farquaad (Shrek), and Grandpa Joe (Willy Wonka). Brian is extremely excited to be sharing the stage again with his wife, Sarah. Their last show together was in high school in 2011! He thanks his family and friends for their constant love and support. Enjoy the show!
Alicia Simme
(VIVIENNE KENSINGTON) – Alicia is thrilled to be spending the summer performing in her second Barn musical after making her debut in Mamma Mia! (Ensemble). Alicia is an elementary music teacher in West Chester and also teaches voice lessons at Facetime Theatre in Phoenixville. Favorite past shows include She Loves Me (Amalia), Beauty & the Beast (Belle), Into the Woods (Cinderella), & A Funny Thing… Forum (Philia). Special thanks to her husband, Ryan, for his incredible support!
Vince Vuono
(EMMETT FORREST) – Vince is thrilled to be back on the Barn stage for his 6th production! Vince was previously seen on the Barn stage as Skylock in Something Rotten, Eddie in Mamma Mia!, and Chip in 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Vince has also been seen as Levi in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at NCT and as Chuck Baxter in Promises, Promises at Spotlight Theater. Vince would like to thank the entire cast and crew for an amazing experience, as well as his family, including his wonderful wife Cassidy.
Nina Harper
(PAULETTE BUONOFONTE) - Nina is thrilled to be back for her 10th Barn show! She earned her MA in Theatre from Villanova University and has been teaching and performing ever since. Her favorite roles include Morticia in The Addams Family, Mrs. Robinson in The Graduate, Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, and Velma in Chicago. Love and thanks to this fantastic cast and production team! This performance is dedicated to her sweet girls, Ani and Evie!
Tara Feathers
(BROOKE WYNDAM) – Tara is excited to be back for her 2nd show at the Barn! OMG - She can’t believe it’s been 11 years since she played Mimi in Rent! Other favorite roles include Millie in Thoroughly Modern Mille, Polly in Crazy for You, Ulla in The Producers, Cassie in A Chorus Line, Dolly in Hello Dolly, and Fiona in Shrek. By day, Tara is a Physical Therapist working as Admissions Coordinator at Abington Hospital Acute Rehab, but her most important job is being a mom! Much love to Sophia, Asher and Jace, and of course, her incredibly supportive husband - Todd!
Tony DeCarlo
(PROFESSOR CALLAHAN) – Tony is so excited to be back on stage at the Barn for his second show of this season. Previous Barn productions include Something Rotten, in which he played Nostradamus, First Date, in which he played the Waiter and some other “interesting“ parts, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, in which he played Vice Principal Panch. Last Fall, he performed in the Barn’s musical theater showcase A Night of Broadway. A veteran of the stage, Tony has performed in numerous productions over many years. Among his previous credits, some of his favorites are Anthony Hope in Sweeney Todd, Pippin in Pippin, John Adams in 1776, Simon Zealots in Jesus Christ Superstar, Baby John in West Side Story, Richard Miller in Ah, Wilderness!, Jimmy Farrell in Playboy of the Western World, and Bertram Cates in Inherit the Wind. Tony is a commercial banker by day and lives in Bryn Mawr with his wife, daughter, excitable corgi, and beleaguered cat. Tony would like to thank the cast and crew for their support, his family for their love and encouragement, and you, dear theater goers, for supporting local community theater.
Lisa McBrearty
(ENID HOOPES/ENSEMBLE) – Lisa is thrilled to be back for her second show at The Barn. Previous roles include Graziella in West Side Story (Footlighters), Ensemble in If/Then (Players Club of Swarthmore), and Ensemble in Mamma Mia! (The Barn). You can also see her this October at The Barn in The Hunchback of Notre Dame in the ensemble. Lisa would like to thank the whole cast and crew of Legally Blonde for making this show such an amazing experience. She would also like to thank her family and friends for all their support and encouragement.
Jim Hopper
(KYLE O'BOYLE/DEWEY/ENSEMBLE) – Jim made his Barn debut 20 years ago in The Man Who Came to Dinner, where he met Brian Schwartz. He has also appeared in ten other Barn shows, including Funny Girl and Spamalot, where he got to work onstage for the first time with Doug Smith and Andrea Forrest, respectively. The Dramateurs brought these three lovely people into his life, even if just for a short time, and they are dearly missed.
John Henken
(ELLE'S DAD/WINTHROP/ENSEMBLE) – John is thrilled beyond words to be back on the stage. He is a long-time Barn Board member and a veteran of more shows than he cares to admit. In addition to his on-stage credits, John has directed, produced, stage-managed, and run lights, and whatever else is needed. Thank you to Steve and Marianne for the opportunity to be in this extraordinary show. Thank you to my fellow castmates. You are an incredible group. I am delighted to share the stage with you. At home, John has been happily married to Dee for 39 years. He has two terrific grown children, one fantastic daughter-in-law, and three rescue pups.
"Copper" Sheets
(BRUISER WOODS) – Copper is a 7-month-old who loves to play and be around people, so the spotlight seemed to be tailored made for him! He's excited for his debut on stage and is thinking of making this his career. He would like to thank Renee, Steve, Marianne and all the other show humans for the chance to be on stage, but mostly he wants to thank his best human, Dianne Sheets, for giving him this opportunity for others to love him as much as she does!
"Spunky" Beloff
(RUFUS) – Spunky is very excited to be making his stage debut! Spunky asked to give a few words: “Woof. Bark. Bow wow.” Spunky was found in Philadelphia by ACCT Philly and now lives in Springfield, PA in his forever home. He would like to thank the cast and crew of the Barn for all the love, attention, and many many pets! He sends his love to his dog brother, Tyrion and his cat siblings, Crash and Coco. He hopes you enjoy the show and encourages you to stop by your local animal shelter to find your next furry friend!
Amanda Romig
(MARGOT) – Amanda is overjoyed to be performing as Margot in her second show at the Barn. She was most recently seen as Sister Berthe in The Sound of Music at Music Mountain Theater. Other favorite roles include Lisa (Mamma Mia!), Tiara/Charlotte (Elf the Musical), and Frank N. Furter (The Rocky Horror Picture Show). Amanda would like to thank the entire company of Legally Blonde for not only dedicating their time and effort to the show, but also for giving her yet another amazing theatre experience. She has made some amazing memories during this production! Amanda would also like to thank her family for their never-ending support and encouragement. Hope everyone enjoys the show!
Christina Concillo
(PILAR) – Christina (she/her) is tickled pink to be making her Barn Playhouse debut in such a fun, energetic production! Recent credits include: Disenchanted as Hua Mulan/Pochahontas/Princess Baldroubadour, Junk as Judy Chen, Avenue Q as Christmas Eve, and Crazy for You as Patsy. Christina currently resides in Philadelphia and spends her days as a recruiter. She would like to thank her family, friends, and the entire cast (special s/o to her fellow Delta Nus) and crew of Legally Blonde for helping to keep her positive and make this a truly memorable experience. Enjoy the show!
Sarah Rodgers
(SERENA) – Sarah is ecstatic to be back on stage at The Barn in another amazing production! She was last seen as Louise/Gypsy Rose Lee in the 2016 production of Gypsy before going back to school to obtain her master’s degree in school counseling. Sarah is also known for her roles as Beth (Little Women), Liesl (Sound of Music), and Dream Laurey (Oklahoma). She has had many featured dancing roles in other productions, such as Beauty and the Beast and Pippin, as well as lead and principal roles in local films. Sarah would like to thank her loving and supportive fiancé for encouraging her, after that long hiatus, to get back on stage and pursue her deepest passion!
Sarah Beloff
(ENSEMBLE) – Sarah is beyond excited to get back on the stage after 10 years in her first Barn production. Her past roles include Carlotta (Phantom of the Opera), Mrs. Potts (Beauty and the Beast), and Asaka (Once on this Island). She is also grateful to share the stage with her amazing husband Brian. She hopes you all enjoy the show and thanks you for supporting local theater!
Joseph Billetta
(AARON SCHULTZ/ENSEMBLE) – (he/him) Joe is absolutely ecstatic to be returning to stage in his first full length musical since 2019! Joe made his community theatre debut at The Barn in 2017 as Agwe in Once On This Island Jr. Other favorite credits; Javert (Les Miserables at SALT), LeFou (Beauty and the Beast at Steel River), Sebastian (The Little Mermaid with Cue and Curtain Players). Next on Joe’s agenda is working his 3rd season as a haunt actor at Pennhurst Asylum in Spring City, PA, as well as Assistant Directing A Christmas Carol at Footlighters. Many thanks to Steve and the production team for their hard work, and to this wonderful cast of old and new friends for making this summer so fun! Enjoy the show, *snaps*!
Tiffany Dougherty
(ENSEMBLE) – Tiffany is thrilled to be joining The Barn Playhouse after taking many years off from the theatre. Last year, she backpacked the Appalachian Mountains for 6 months, often relying on Elle to get her through a difficult climb and found it fitting to return to the stage as an ensemble member for Legally Blonde! Tiffany lives in Eagleville with her husband, Joe and their dog, Harley and cat, Ringo. She is a two-time Penn State graduate (WE ARE!) and works as an academic advisor for Drexel University. When she’s not on stage, you can find her in the woods doing God knows what... but she’s definitely somewhere in the woods. Tiffany wants to thank her husband, Joe for putting up with her crazy vocal exercises, watching her stumble through new choreography, for not complaining as she jump roped in the house, for the late night dinner deliveries, for loaning his truck to help with bulky props, and for believing in her when she felt too nervous to audition. She also wants to thank her parents, Wanda and Ed Miller, for always supporting her through all of her crazy pursuits in life. She wants to thank Angela, Rich, Jamie, Josh, Leyna, Weslyn, and Stevie for always being TT’s biggest cheerleaders! And lastly, she wants to thank the Doughertys - Steve, Terri, and Katie - for always being supportive of and excited for whatever new adventure she announces.
Allison Hall
(CHUTNEY/KATE/ENSEMBLE) – (she/her) Allison is excited to make her debut at The Barn Playhouse after a long hiatus from the stage. She was most recently seen in the hills of WV in The Wedding Singer at the Strand Theater. It has been a pleasure getting to know the cast and crew throughout this production, and she would like to thank everyone for welcoming her into The Dramateurs.
Kaitlyn Housel
(WHITNEY/KIKI/ENSEMBLE) – OMIGOD! Kaitlyn is excited to make her Barn debut in Legally Blonde. It has been a few years since she’s been on stage and appreciates the opportunity to jump back to theater. She was previously in Guys & Dolls (Miss Adelaide), Beauty and the Beast (Babette) and Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog (Penny). Enjoy the show!
Michelle Kilmer
(ELLE'S MOM/ENSEMBLE) – Michelle is honored to make her debut with The Barn Playhouse in Legally Blonde. She has mainly been involved with Facetime theatre in Phoenixville; appearing as the Blues Singer (Barnum), multiple Cabaret festivals, a member of Center Stage Chorale, and stage managing their most recent production of Boeing-Boeing. In her hometown in Upstate NY, her favorite roles have been Mame (Mame), Penny Pingleton (Hairspray), Annabelle Glick (Lucky Stiff), Mrs. Mayor (Seussical), storyteller/Ensemble (Children of Eden), and Storyteller/Ensemble (Once On This Island). During the day, Michelle works in pharmaceuticals after earning her Masters in Biotechnology from The Pennsylvania State University (WE ARE!) with a minor in Music Performance for Trumpet. She would like to thank her friends and family for their support. She would also like to thank Steve, Marianne, and the entire Barn production staff for giving her the opportunity to be a part of their playhouse!
AJ King
(GRANDMASTER CHAD/CARLOS/ENSEMBLE) – AJ is excited to make his debut at The Barn Playhouse. He is glad that he found community theater and proud that Legally Blonde is the sixth show that he has been in. He hopes you have a great time watching the show and enjoy watching him act a fool onstage. He had a blast being in this production and wishes that everyone loves the magic that his castmates and himself have put onstage. AJ is a mama's boy by heart; he wants to give a big shout out to his mother who he loves dearly.
Andrew Shepard
(NIKOS/PADAMADAN/ENSEMBLE) – Legally Blonde is Andrew’s first ever musical with the Barn Playhouse. Last summer he debuted with the company in their cabaret A Night of Broadway. Originally from Rockland County, New York, Andrew moved to Philadelphia to work as a Software Tester in 2018 and has done many shows throughout the area since. Andrew's most recent performance was as Spongebob in Spongebob Squarepants: The Broadway Musical at Viviana Theater, and some of his other recent credits include Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night (Jenkintown Theater), Seymour Krelborn in Little Shop of Horrors (Barnstormers Theatre), the Beast in Beauty and the Beast (Spotlight Theatre), and Chuck Cranston in Footloose (Viviana Theatre). This fall he will be making his debut at Willow Manor Players as the Minstrel in Something Rotten. He is thrilled to be working alongside a wonderful cast in one of his favorite shows!
Steve DiNenno
(DIRECTOR/SET DESIGN/PROPS) – Steve has been an active member of the Dramateurs since 1986. During his time at the Barn, he has worked on numerous shows both on and off stage. He currently serves as the group's Recording Secretary. Steve has directed many Barn productions, including Chess, Company, The Addams Family, Into the Woods, Spring Awakening, Rent, It Shoulda Been You, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Mamma Mia! and, most recently, our 2021 revue All Together Now. Steve is a Gifted Support and Advanced Placement teacher at Norristown Area High School. He lives in Eagleville, PA with his wife of 28 years, Marianne, and their two dogs, Tina and Tracy.
Diane Henken
(PRODUCER) – Dee is thrilled to be back in the Barn producing live theatre, and so happy to be involved with this production of Legally Blonde. Previous favorite Barn on-stage adventures include being part of the best and craziest cast ever in The Producers, and in Anything Goes, where she got to make good use of those decades-old tap-dancing skills. Recent activity finds Dee more focused behind the scenes, with some of her favorite shows being That Championship Season, Man of La Mancha, Monty Python’s Spamalot, Curtains, and First Date, all at The Barn Playhouse. Dee serves as Vice President for the Dramateurs, and as chair of the Education committee. When not at the Barn, she works as a Learning Advisor for a pharmaceutical company. Her favorite roles continue to be as John’s leading lady, as Mom to the awesome JW, amazing Aubrey, and perfect daughter-in law Sabrina, and as indulgent caretaker to 3 goofball pups. Many thanks to Steve and Marianne and to the entire cast and production team, for your commitment, joy, and enthusiasm. Congrats everyone, and break a leg!
Laura Burhans
(MUSIC DIRECTOR) - Laura is grateful to Steve and Marianne DiNenno for asking her to be part of their production of Legally Blonde. She first met Steve in a production of Mame while he was still in high school and has loved him ever since. Their long-running association spans many memorable musicals over 40+ years. She enjoys working with the talented & entertaining cast & crew and looks forward to their performance every night. When not behind a piano keyboard, Laura can be found behind a computer keyboard freelancing as a programmer/developer/ analyst.
Barbara Newberry
(MUSIC DIRECTOR/CONDUCTOR) - Barbara is a former high school band director who remains actively involved in music through her involvement in local community theater either playing woodwind instruments in the pit orchestra, serving as music director and/or conducting. Barbara continues to teach instrumental music via private lessons and plays clarinet in The Wind Symphony of Southern NJ. Barbara’s passion for music is equaled by her husband Aaron who she met in a pit orchestra at The Barn!
Diane Hodgkiss
(CHOREOGRAPHER) - Diane is delighted to be back at the Barn working with such a talented cast on this upbeat show. Last fall Diane had the privilege of choreographing the Barn’s production of All Together Now and has just completed SpongeBob the Musical at Facetime Theatre. Diane would like to thank Steve for the opportunity and flexibility, as well as the cast and rest of the production team for their dedication. "As always, love to Jim, Kelsey, and Greg!"
Renee Schulz
(ASST. CHOREOGRAPHER) - Most recently singing for Steve and Marianne as Jenny in It Shoulda Been You and in last Fall’s All Together Now, Renee’s back “backstage” after lending her choreography talents for Mamma Mia! and loving it! Even though this year marks 34 years of choreographing, she’s still learning so much from assisting the incomparable Diane and the rest of the stellar Production Team, and truly amazed by the talent, spirit, energy, and comradery this cast has shown. She hopes the audience loves the experience as much as she has!
Eileen Ciccarone
(COSTUMES) – Eileen has been a director, choreographer, and costumer at The Barn since 1986. There are too many shows to list but her favorites include Camelot, My Fair Lady, The Secret Garden, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Light in The Piazza, Man of La Mancha and, most recently, Bridges of Madison County in the summer of 2018. Credits also include many high school and other local community theatres. She currently serves the Dramateurs as the Box Office Manager and is a member of the Board of Directors.
Suzette Krausen
(STAGE MANAGER) – Suzette has been involved in theater since the age of 10, putting on shows for her neighborhood on a backyard porch. She enjoys all aspects of theater and for the last few years has delved into the fantastic world of stage managing. Her most recent Stage Management experiences were Mamma Mia! here at the Barn and Next to Normal at the Players Club of Swarthmore. Her call of PLACES can be heard throughout the green room and dressing rooms.
Maureen Scallatino
(PROPERTIES MISTRESS/STAGE CREW) - Maureen has traded in her onstage vocals for a backstage pass. Maureen was last seen in All Together Now, but has taken on the job of supplying many of the handheld props you will see during the show. It’s amazing how many ordinary objects that we use every day are used as props in Legally Blonde. See if you can spot them all. Hint: not all of them are pink! Maureen is also excited to be reunited with her backstage cohort Suzette to make this show run smoothly. Thanks to Steve and Marianne for involving me in this fun and overwhelmingly Pink show! OMG You Guys, you’re going to have so much fun!
